Ava Card Denial Bonus Program — Terms and Conditions

Sponsor: Ava Finance, Inc., d/b/a Ava (“Ava,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
1. Program Overview
The Ava Card Denial Bonus Program (the "Program") offers a one-time $50 bonus to New Ava Applicants whose Ava Card application is denied by Ava. To qualify, you must have selected a monthly Ava membership plan, applied using your Qualified Bank Account, and met all other requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions. This Program is a limited promotional offer and is void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, you must meet all of the following requirements:
a. New Applicant Requirement
You must be a New Ava Applicant. A New Ava Applicant is an individual whose Social Security Number, email address, or phone number has not previously been used in connection with any Ava application, user profile, membership, or product.
b. Application Date Requirement
You must completed and submitted your Ava Card application on or after the Effective Date set forth above.
c. Monthly Membership Plan Requirement
At the time of your Ava Card application, you must have purchased or selected for purchase a monthly Ava membership plan.
d. Verification Requirement
You must successfully complete and pass all verification requirements applicable to your application, including identity verification (KYC), fraud screening, and bank account verification, including Ava’s ownership, authenticity, and fraud-risk requirements for any linked bank account.
e. Denial of Ava Card Requirement
To qualify for the Program, Ava must have affirmatively denied your Ava Card application in writing after your completion of the Ava Card application process.
f. Qualified Bank Account Requirement
You must have applied for the Ava Card using a Qualified Bank Account. A Qualified Bank Account is a bank account at which you receive direct deposits or pay utility bills.
g. One Bonus Per Person
This bonus may be claimed, approved, and paid only once per person.
3. Bonus Claim Requirement
If you believe you meet the eligibility requirements for this Program, you must contact Ava Support at support@meetava.com within 7 calendar days of the date of your application and specifically reference this offer, The Ava Card Denial Bonus Program. Failure to contact Ava Support within that 7-calendar-day period, or failure to specifically reference this offer, will result in disqualification from the Program.
4. What Does Not Qualify
You are not eligible for the Program if you fail to satisfy any requirement in Section 2 or Section 3, including if you previously claimed, received, or were approved to receive this promotion; or your Ava Card application was incomplete, abandoned, withdrawn, duplicated, or remains pending or under review.
5. Bonus Amount and Payment
Eligible applicants will receive a one-time $50 bonus. The $50 bonus will only be paid electronically. Ava will determine the form of electronic payment in its sole discretion, including but not limited to virtual gift card, account credit, or another electronic payment method communicated by Ava. The bonus will not be paid by cash or check. Bonus payments will generally be processed within a reasonable time after Ava confirms eligibility. For clarity, offer remains valid if accepted into the annual plan as long as all the requirements in Section 2 and Section 3 were satisfied.
6. Verification and Final Determinations
Ava may require additional information or documentation to verify eligibility for this Program. Ava reserves the right to deny any claim if Ava cannot verify eligibility to its satisfaction. All determinations regarding eligibility, verification, claim review, and bonus payment under this Program will be made by Ava in its sole discretion and will be final, subject to applicable law.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
Ava reserves the right to withhold, deny, or recover any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that an applicant engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or suspicious activity; an application was submitted using false, misleading, or inaccurate information; multiple applications were submitted to improperly obtain the bonus; or the applicant otherwise violated Ava’s Terms of Service or other applicable Ava policies.
8. Taxes
Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, if any, associated with receiving the bonus.
9. Modification, Suspension, and Termination
Ava may modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. This Program will automatically expire on the expiration date stated in the applicable Ava advertisement or offer communication, unless earlier modified, suspended, or terminated by Ava. Any such change will not affect valid claims properly submitted before the effective date of the change, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Governing Terms
This Program is subject to Ava’s general [Terms of Service], [Privacy Policy], and any other applicable disclosures or agreements governing the Ava Card application process. In the event of any conflict between those terms and these Program Terms and Conditions, these Program Terms and Conditions will control solely with respect to this Program.
