1. Authorization to Share Personal Information. I authorize Ava Finance, Inc. ("Ava") to share my personal information, including my name, address, date of birth, Social Security number (in whole or in part), contact information, and employment and income information ("My Information"), with Bulldog Media Group, LLC d/b/a CommissionSoup ("CommissionSoup") and with any other affiliate network, lead aggregator, advertiser, card issuer, lender, or other financial services provider with which Ava now or hereafter maintains a relationship for purposes of pre-screening, pre-approving, and presenting credit card, loan, or other consumer financial product offers (each, including CommissionSoup, a "Partner"). I further authorize each Partner to share My Information with its own advertisers, issuers, lenders, and service providers (collectively with the Partners, "Recipients") for the same purpose.
2. Referral Disclosure. Ava receives compensation from Partners. Compensation is earned when a user submits a credit card application and that application is approved. We do not receive compensation for displaying, listing, or referring users to any offer.
Compensation does not influence which credit card offers appear, the criteria used to match offers to users, the order in which offers are presented, or any other aspect of how offers are displayed. We do not endorse any specific credit card, issuer, or financial product. Users should independently evaluate any offer before applying.
3. Credit Inquiry. The pre-screening and pre-approval process uses a "soft" credit inquiry, which is generally not visible to other lenders and is not expected to affect my credit score. If I choose to apply for any offer I receive, the issuer or lender may conduct a "hard" credit inquiry, which may appear on my credit file and may affect my credit score. Ava does not pull my credit report, does not make credit decisions, and does not control whether, when, or what type of inquiry any Recipient performs. Ava and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Ava Parties") shall have no liability for any credit inquiry performed by a Recipient.
4. Pre-Screening and Pre-Approval Are Not a Guarantee of Approval. Pre-screening and pre-approval are not a final offer, commitment, or guarantee of approval of credit, and any pre-approved offer is conditional and may be revoked or denied if I no longer meet the applicable criteria at the time I apply or if I fail to satisfy any other condition imposed by the issuer or lender. If I apply for any product presented to me, approval is subject to the issuer's or lender's sole underwriting discretion, and my relationship with the issuer or lender will be governed solely by its own agreements, privacy policy, and disclosures, which I am solely responsible for reviewing before applying.
5. Available Offers Subject to Change. I understand that not all card issuers, lenders, and other financial services providers participate with Ava's Partners, and that the offers presented to me may not include every product offered by participating issuers, lenders, or providers. Ava’s Partners will determine, in their sole discretion, when, how often, and with which Recipients to check for pre-screened and pre-approved offers, based on the criteria established by each Recipient, the availability of information needed to identify offers, and other relevant factors. The offers available to me may change at any time, and I am not entitled to any particular offer or category of offer.
6. Independent Parties. Each Partner and each other Recipient is an independent third party, not an agent or representative of Ava. The Ava Parties are not responsible for any Partner's or other Recipient's acts, omissions, products, services, disclosures, privacy practices, or compliance.
7. Canceling Enrollment. I understand that I may cancel my enrollment in Ava's pre-screening and pre-approval feature at any time by adjusting my settings within the Ava application or by contacting Ava at support@meetava.com. Cancellation will not affect any pre-screening, pre-approval, or sharing of My Information that occurred prior to Ava's receipt and processing of my cancellation request.
