To qualify for a referral reward, the referred individual must: (a) be a real person, (b) not have previously registered with Ava, and (c ) must complete the referral process in the Ava mobile application, including all eligibility and approval requirements such as but not limited to passing identity verification and obtaining approval for one of Ava’s eligible credit products (all the foregoing “Qualifying Elements”).
Referral rewards are not guaranteed and will only be issued if the Qualifying Elements are met. The reward amount is determined by the offer in effect when the referred person completes all qualifying steps. Delivery method and timing may vary.
Program terms, eligibility criteria, and reward amounts may change without notice. Any suspected or confirmed fraud may result in forfeiture of all rewards earned in Ava’s sole discretion.
