To qualify for a referral reward, the referred individual must: (a) be a real person, (b) not have previously registered with Ava, and (c) must complete the referral process in the Ava mobile application, including all eligibility and approval requirements such as but not limited to passing identity verification and obtaining a paid Ava membership (all the foregoing “Qualifying Elements”). Referral rewards are not guaranteed and will only be issued if the Qualifying Elements are met. The reward amount is determined by the offer in effect when the referred person completes all qualifying steps. Ava aims to pay out qualifying rewards within two weeks of all Qualifying Elements being met but delivery methods and timings may vary. Program terms, eligibility criteria, and reward amounts may change without notice. The referral program may include multiple offers with varying terms and reward amounts. Individual offers are valid until the expiration date indicated for that offer, or if no expiration date is specified, one month from that offer's release to you unless extended in Ava's sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ava reserves the right to terminate any individual offer or the entire referral program at any time. Any suspected or confirmed fraud may result in forfeiture of all rewards earned in Ava's sole discretion.
